Information on the processing of personal data

In the context of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. For what purposes do we process your personal data and what is the legal basis for processing it?

In the case of your interest in obtaining any information about our company, services or solutions that we provide, in the course of such communication, we collect your personal information such as the data. name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, we undertake not to disclose this data to a third party and use it by applicable law only to communicate with you by post, e-mail or telephone to provide you with information about your interest.

Based on applicable laws and regulations, we process the personal data of our employees for employment and our clients and suppliers for accounting and storage and archiving.

We only send free news by e-mail with your voluntary consent. We also publish photographs on our website only with the voluntary consent of the persons concerned. What entities have access to personal data?

We use the services of several intermediaries and third parties, for example, to operate our databases and emails in the cloud, secure domain and website management, legal services, web analytics.

For all suppliers, we ensure that they comply with applicable laws, be bound by confidentiality, process personal data exclusively within the scope of the contracts entered into, and adequately protect them by the requirements of GDPR, international standards and applicable regulations.

How long will we keep your personal information?

We keep personal data for the duration of the contract and for the periods prescribed by law for their archiving, for the period necessary to establish legal claims or for the time necessary to achieve the purpose.

We are authorized to process the personal data obtained with the consent (for news or photo publication) until the consent is withdrawn by the data subject.

What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?

Right of access to personal data:

You have the right to ask us for confirmation that we are processing your personal data.

Right to rectify personal data:

You have the right to correct your personal information if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to delete (forget):

We are obliged to delete your personal data without undue delay if:

personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained or otherwise processed,

Right to Restrict Processing of Personal Data:

You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in one of the following cases:

if you challenge the accuracy of your personal data, we will limit the processing of your personal data until we verify that it is correct,
if we process your personal data unlawfully and you object to the deletion of personal data and ask instead to restrict their use,

Right to transfer personal data:

You have the right to obtain the personal data you have provided to us and you have the right to transfer this data to another operator (eg when you change the provider of a particular service). Upon your request, we are required to provide you with your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (eg XML or CSV).
